Game Rules

1. All races go for 8 laps.
2. You must place 1st in each race, otherwise lose a car. Lose all cars and the game is over.
3. For shareware version, the game begins with 1 life and no bonus cars awarded. In the registered version, the game begins with 3 lives and a bonus car awarded every 15000 points.
4. Bonus items appear every two laps at a random location. Bonus items include 100 points, 250 points, and bonus wrench.
5. Collect 3 bonus wrenches to get a bonus of speed, turbo, tires or brakes.
6. Computer cars get a random bonus after collecting 2 wrenches.
7. Bonuses are limited to 8 levels per item. After choosing 8 levels of any one item, that item will change to a point bonus.
8. After every 4 races, the number and variety of obstacles will increase as follows:

  • 1 - 4 races: 0 obstacles
  • 5 - 8 races: 1 obstacle, oil slick
  • 8 -12 races: 2 obstacles, oil slicks
  • 12-16 races: 3 obstacles, oil slicks or water puddles
  • 17 or more: 4 obstacles, oil slicks, water puddles or sand

    9. For tracks with intersections, drivers must complete the entire course for a lap to be counted. You cannot cheat!
    10. For tracks with bridges, NO obstacles or bonuses will appear under a bridge. All track objects appear in plain sight, however, it is possible for a bonus object to appear directly under a car and therefore the bonus is immediately awarded to that car.
